Saccharose and oxygen transformation due to heat

Heat is one of the factors that can cause chemical transformations. One of the transformations envolves sugar, chemically known as saccharose, and air oxygen.

An experimental activity that allows to ascertain an action of the heat on a compound in the presence of oxygen.
